What we do
TaxiAhora is a digital platform that puts people who need a taxi ("customers") in touch with taxi drivers holding a valid taxi licence issued by Transport Malta ("drivers"). TaxiAhora does not carry passengers itself: every journey is provided by the licence holder or an authorised driver under the rules that apply to them.
Use of the website
Using the website is free. To book a taxi or sign up as a driver you need an account and must accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, logos and software of the platform belong to the owner or are used under licence. Commercial copying without permission is not allowed. Maps: © OpenStreetMap contributors, under their licences.
Availability
TaxiAhora works to keep the service running, but cannot rule out interruptions or technical errors. Responsibility for the journey is explained on the liability page.
Complaints
You can send any complaint to info@taxiahora.com or through the contact page. We reply as soon as possible.
Consumers can also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (mccaa.org.mt).
